Carved Wooden Wolf Charm

Have you seen the carved wooden wolf charm?  There are ones that are actually hand carved, ones that are laser made and some cut out by a machine.

Let me clairify, there are ones that look carved, they are the really cool ones, but the are actually made with a laser.  Then there are ones that are actually carved that kinda look like a bear or something I can't quite make out.  I like the effort and I feel sorry for the people that made them, but not enough to wear the darn thing around on my charm bracelet.  Then there are ones that are mass produced that are just simply cut out with with a big mechanical cut out.

My favorite is the laser cut one.  It is really cool, when you first get them, you can still smell where the wood has been burned.  They have the lines and shadowing of a real wolf .  These are the ones that the Charm Factory makes, the laser ones.  Well, actually, they make the sterling silver ones too.

Wood Wolf Charm

Here is an idea for the single wood wolf charm. You can get a sterling silver charm bracelet and one wood wolf charm and call it complete! What do you think about that? It is simple, but bold!

I can't say that would be my personal favorite, but you could do it. I think a single wolf charm and nothing else would look best a pendant or even a zipper pull. I don't think the wooden wolf charms would hold up as zipper pulls though, I think you would need to get the sterling silver howling wolf charms for those. That shiny silver looks FANtastic on jackets or backpacks. The wood would look great, but as I said earlier, I just don't think it would hold up being used like that.

Twilight Charm Bracelet Wooden Wolf

Have you bought your Twilight Wooden Wolf Charm Bracelet yet? Is your mind cycling with choices? I know mine does when I start thinking of all the different charms I can select to make a Twilight charm bracelet.

On one hand I am glad there are so many choices, but yet on the other, it makes it hard to decide. What finally helped me was I wrote down a checklist of what I wanted most. Then it wast easy for me to select it.

(2) A wooden wolf charm
(3) A sterling silver Bella heart locket
(4) A Swarovski crystal heart charm
(5) Sterling silver Be Safe charm

This is a DELUXE bracelet and it represents the three main characters of Twilight (Bella, Edward and Jacob) of course. It seems to work for me. The great thing about it is, if I get tired of it...I can always get another one and either sell this one or give it away. How do I know? Because everyone that sees my bracelet has fallen in love with it!

Wooden Wolf Charms

I just thought of a something cool you can do with wooden wolf charms! Now before I go any further, I must say if you are Team Edward, you won't like this idea. Like I have said before, I personally don't think it means you are Team Jacob if you wear a simple wolf charm. However, my idea that I going to reveal to you.....Hmm... that is a little different.

Ok, so here goes. What about a sterling silver charm bracelet of nothing but wooden wolves, like 2 of them and then a sterling silver Team Jacob charm in the center. That would most definitely make a statement, would it not?

You could get that bracelet from the Charm Factory with shipping for right at $25.00. This is .925 sterling silver. The good stuff! You would have to attach the charms with needle nose pliers but that would take all of 5 minutes...maybe!

Then you would have a custom Team Jacob charm bracelet. Pretty cool, huh?

I loved the carved wooden wolf charm. It looks so good on the charm bracelets. However, I have seen it worn as a pendant with leather cording and that looked really cool too.

I don't believe you are Team Jacob if you wear the wolf charm. I think you can wear items that represent different characters and yet still be pro Edward or pro Jacob.

I can hardly wait for the New Moon premier. It is going to be so much fun! There is going to be so much Twilight activity that weekend.
